Others need nothing up front — you book instantly and pay at pickup. Whichever applies is shown clearly on the rate before you confirm.
Most rates include a free-cancellation window. The policy is set per rate, and you'll find it spelled out on that ride's detail page before you book — and again before you cancel. Inside the window you pay nothing; closer to pickup the operator may charge a fee for the committed vehicle and driver, always shown before you confirm.
