At Zoyride, we're committed to providing our users with a seamless and secure experience. If you decide that you want to delete your account, please follow the instructions below. Remember, deleting your account is irreversible and will remove all your data and access to our services.

How to Delete Your Account

• Email Us: To initiate the account deletion process, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Request for Account Deletion."
• Provide Necessary Details: In your email, please include your full name, the email address associated with your Zoyride account, and a brief reason for your decision to leave. This information will help us process your request more efficiently.
• Confirmation Email: After we receive your deletion request, we will send you a confirmation email asking you to verify your identity and confirm the deletion request. This step ensures the security and privacy of your account.
• Final Steps: Once you confirm, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and all associated data. We will send you a final email to notify you once the process is complete.

In-App Account Deletion

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion directly within the Zoyride app. Go to Account > Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
