Manage customers

  1. Efficient customer management is crucial for maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Our CRM Software provides comprehensive tools to add, update, and manage customer information effectively.

Add new Customer

  1. Navigate to the 'Customer'in our Business Software.

  1. Click on the "Add Customer" button.

  1. Fill in the required fields that appear, such as the customer's name, phone number, email ID, and any other pertinent information.

  1. click the "Save" button.

In the Customer Tab, you can add details of your frequent customers.

  1. Name: The name of the customer.
  2. Name: The name of the customer (if different from the title field).
  3. Phone: The contact number of the customer.
  4. Phone No.: Additional field for the contact number.
  5. Email: The email address of the customer.
  6. Designation: The designation or role of the customer.
  7. Department: The department to which the customer belongs.
  8. Status: The status of the customer (e.g., active, inactive).

Edit the saved employee

  1. Click on the Edit Icon: Locate and click on the 'Edit' icon.

  1. Update Customer Details: Enter new details or modify existing information in the customer profile, such as contact information, preferences, or account details.
  2. Save Changes: Confirm that all modifications are correct, then click the 'Save' button to apply and save the changes to the customer profile.

Bulk Upload

  • Access the 'Customers' tab .

  • Initiate Bulk Upload:
    • Locate the three dots icon on the right-hand side of the 'Customers' tab.

  • Click on this icon to reveal additional options.
  • Select the "Bulk Upload" option from the menu.

  • Select Upload Template:
    • After selecting "Bulk Upload," a pop-up window will display.
    • This window will offer a sample file for download; proceed to download it.
    • Use the downloaded file as a template for formatting your customer data correctly.
  • Prepare Your Data:
    • Open the downloaded template.
    • Fill it with the required customer data according to the format specified in the template.
    • Save the completed template on your computer.

  • Upload the Data:
    • Drop the saved file into the document uploader provided on the Console.
    • The customer data from the file will be automatically integrated into the database.
