Role

Manage roles

  1. You can assign and modify the roles of supervisors, defining their permissions to view or edit information within the Console.
  2. You can also ensure that supervisors have access only to the information relevant to their assigned roles.

Add new Roles

  1. Navigate to the 'Roles' tab.

  1. Click on the "Edit Roles" button.

  1. Check or uncheck the boxes corresponding to different roles and permissions that define what the supervisor can access and modify.

  1. Once the appropriate roles are selected, click the "Save" button.

In the User tab, you can allocate roles to supervisors, granting them access only to the tabs designated for their responsibilities. This simplifies management by ensuring each supervisor can easily handle their assigned tasks.

You can also add new tasks according to the companies requirements

Edit the saved Role

  1. Click on the Edit Icon: Locate and click on the 'Edit' icon next to the role information you need to adjust.

  1. Update Role Details: Enter new details or modify existing information in the role profile as needed.
  2. Save Changes: Confirm that all modifications are correct, then click the 'Save' button to apply and save the changes to the role profile.
