Rate

Manage Rates

  1. You can set predefined rates for various trips by assigning specific names and prices.

  2. You can also ensure that all relevant trip details such as destination names and corresponding prices are accurately recorded.

Add new rates

  1. Navigate to the 'Rate' tab.

  1. Click on the "Add Rate" button.

  1. Fill in the required fields that appear, such as trip name, destination, and price.

  1. Once all details are entered, click the "Save" button to finalize and save the rate settings.

In the Rate Section, you can define predefined rates for different vehicles, distances, and locations. Here are the details you might include:

  1. Rate Name: The name or identifier for the rate.
  2. Status: The status of the rate (e.g., active, inactive).
  3. For B2C: Indicates if the rate is applicable for business-to-consumer transactions.
  4. Rate Area: The geographical area to which the rate applies.
  5. Client Group: The group or category of clients to which the rate applies.
  6. Garage Fare Type: The type of fare applicable when the vehicle is in the garage.
  7. Show Advanced Options: Option to show additional advanced options if needed.
  8. Vehicle Type: The type of vehicle for which the rate is defined.
  9. Make model: The make and model of the vehicle.
  10. Base Fare: The base fare for the trip.
  11. Distance Fare: The fare per unit distance travelled.
  12. Time Fare: The fare per unit of time (e.g., per hour) for the trip.
  13. Driver Allowance: Any additional allowance provided to the driver.
  14. Garage Fare: The fare charged when the vehicle is in the garage.
  15. Action: Options for editing or managing the rate entry.

Edit the saved Rate

  1. Click on the Edit Icon: Locate and click on the 'Edit' icon next to the rate information you wish to modify.

  1. Update Rate Details: Enter new details or modify existing information in the rate, such as pricing, discounts, or terms.
  2. Save Changes: Confirm that all modifications are correct, then click the 'Save' button to apply and save the changes to the rate record.
