Create itineraries

1. You can create detailed itineraries by entering information such as the title, city, number of people, duration (days and nights), hotel accommodations, and guides.

2. You can also ensure that all itinerary details are accurately recorded to provide a comprehensive travel plan for clients.

Add the data of Itinerary

1. Navigate to the 'Itinerary' tab.

2. Click on the "Create Itinerary" button to start a new itinerary entry.

3. Fill in the required fields that appear, such as the itinerary title, city, number of people, duration (days and nights), hotel accommodations, and guides.

4. Once all details are entered, click the "Save" button.

In the Itinerary Tab, travel service providers can add trip plans or packages. Here's how you might structure the information:

1. Day Wise Itineraries: This section allows you to specify the details of each day of the trip.

   • Title: Title or description of the day (e.g., Day 1, Day 2).
   • Detail: Detailed itinerary for the day, including activities, sights, and meals.

2. Hotels: This section includes details of the hotels booked for accommodation during the trip.

   • Room Type: Type of room booked (e.g., single, double, suite).
   • Hotel Type: Category or rating of the hotel.
   • Check In Day: Date of check-in at the hotel.
   • Check Out Day: Date of check-out from the hotel.

3. Guides: Details of any guides or tour leaders accompanying the travelers during the trip.

   • Details: Description of the guide's services or responsibilities.
   • From Day: Starting day of the guide's services.
   • Till Day: Ending day of the guide's services.

Edit the saved Itinerary

1. Click on the Edit Icon: Locate and click on the 'Edit' icon.

2. Update Itinerary Details: Enter new details or modify existing information in the itinerary, such as dates, destinations, activities, or travel arrangements.
3. Save Changes: Confirm that all modifications are correct, then click the 'Save' button to apply and save the changes to the itinerary.
