Manage and add fuel
- You can enter details from each fuel transaction, including the amount of fuel purchased, cost, and the date of purchase.
- You can also ensure that all fuel receipt records are accurately maintained for cost management and vehicle efficiency analysis.
Add fuel
- Navigate to the 'Fuel Receipts' tab in our saas based solution
- Click on the "Add Fuel Receipt" button
- Fill in the required fields that appear, such as the vehicle identification, date of fuel purchase, amount of fuel purchased (in litres or gallons), cost per unit, and total cost.
- Click the "Save" button in our ERP Solution
- This process helps in tracking the fuel expenses for each vehicle, which is crucial for budgeting and assessing the efficiency of vehicle usage.
In the Fuel Tab, you can track fuel fill-ups for vehicles by including the following details:
- Receipt No.: The unique identifier or receipt number associated with the fuel purchase.
- Fuel Type: The type of fuel (e.g., petrol, diesel) that was filled in the vehicle.
- Vehicle: The specific vehicle for which fuel is being recorded.
- Out Station: Indicates if the fuel was filled while the vehicle was out of its base station.
- Employee: The driver or employee who filled the fuel.
- Full Tank: Indicates if the tank was filled.
- Time: The date and time when the fuel was filled.
- Payment Mode: The mode of payment used for the fuel purchase (e.g., cash, credit card).
- Address: The location where the fuel was filled.
- Meter Reading (KMs): The current odometer reading of the vehicle in kilometers.
- Quantity (LTR): The quantity of fuel filled in liters.
- Unit Price (INR): The price per litre of the fuel in Indian Rupees.
- Amount (INR): The total amount spent on the fuel purchase.
Edit the saved fuel
- Click on the Edit Icon: Locate and click on the 'Edit' icon next to the expense entry you wish to modify.
- Update Expense Details: Enter new details or update existing information related to the expense, such as the amount, category, or description.
- Save Changes: Ensure all modifications are correct, then click the 'Save' button to apply and save the changes to the expense record.
