Manage custom Field

  1. Custom fields are essential for tailoring data management systems to meet the specific needs of your business, providing flexibility and precision in data entry and reporting.

Add new custom field

  1. Navigate to the 'custom field' Tab within our ERP Software.

  1. Click on the 'Add Button'to initiate the creation of a new custom field in our CRM Software.

  1. Fill in the Required Data Fields: Enter the necessary information to define the custom field, utilising our Technology Solutions:
  • Kind: Type or category of the item.
  • Group Name: Identifier for a related set of items.
  • Display Type: Visual representation style.
  • Section Name: Specific area or division.
  • Max Length: Maximum characters allowed.
  • Max Value: Highest allowable value.
  • Min Value: Lowest allowable value.
  • Label: Text identifying an input field.
  • Placeholder: Hint displayed in an input field.client's designation or job title.

  1. Click the "Save" button to securely store the custom field data within our Accounting Software.

Edit custom-field

  1. Go to the 'custom-field' tab to manage existing custom fields using our Business Software.

  1. Click the 'Edit' icon to modify details of a custom field.

  • Enter and update the necessary information in the fields provided.
  1. Click "Save" at the bottom to apply the edits.
