Manage and track leads

Leads refer to potential customers or clients who have shown interest in your service and may be converted into paying customers.

Add leads in the console

  1. Navigate to the 'Leads' tab

  1. Click on the "Add Lead" button.

  1. Fill in the required fields that appear, such as contact details, the nature of their inquiry, and any initial responses given. This helps in maintaining detailed records of all interactions with potential customers.

  1. You can view details about each lead, follow up on their inquiries, and update the status of their conversion process. Efficient management of this information helps maximize conversion rates and boost business growth.

  2. Once all details are updated and the lead is managed appropriately, click the "Save" button to finalize and save the lead information.
