Manage contact person

Our CRM software allows you to efficiently manage contact persons linked to your business operations. You can easily add detailed profiles, including names, positions, contact information, and company affiliations. With customizable fields, you can tailor the contact profiles to suit your specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration and improved relationship management. The intuitive interface ensures that updating and accessing information is quick and straightforward, enhancing your overall business efficiency.

Add new contact person

  1. Navigate to the 'contact person' Tab in our ERP Software.

  1. Click on the 'Add Button'

  1. Fill in the Required Data Fields: Enter the necessary information to add a contact person, facilitated by our Technology Solutions:
  • Select Suppliers: Choose the relevant suppliers from the dropdown menu.
  • Select Companies: Choose the relevant companies from the dropdown menu.
  • Name: Enter the client's name.
  • Email: Input the client's email address.
  • Phone No.: Enter the client's phone number, starting with the country flag and code (e.g., +91 for India).
  • Designation: Specify the client's designation or job title.

  1. Click the "Save" button to save the data.

Edit contact-person

  1. Go to the 'contact-person' tab to manage existing contacts using our Accounting Software

  1. Click the 'Edit' icon.

  • Enter and update the necessary information in the fields provided.
  1. Click "Save" at the bottom to apply the edits.
