- Login: Access the app using your registered phone number or email ID.
- View Upcoming Rides: Post-login, navigate to the dashboard to see your upcoming rides. Click on a specific ride to view details.
- Contact Passenger: Use the contact information provided in the app to call the passenger if necessary.
- Start the Ride: Begin your trip by swiping the ‘Swipe to Start’ button.
- Enter Ride Details: Once the ride starts, enter the OTP provided by the customer along with the car’s current kilometers.
- Passenger and Destination Information: View details of the passenger and the destination address as you proceed.
- End the Ride: To stop the ride, use the ‘Slide to Stop’ feature.
- Payment Collection: Collect the fare from the customer at the end of the journey.
- Feedback Submission: After completing the ride, you have the option to enter feedback details, helping improve the service and your experience.
